As promised here are the after photos of the half bath. It's purple!!! If you know me at all you know that my favorite color is purple and has been since I was about 6 years old. I convinced my loving mother that she needed to paint my room purple when I was in middle school. I had died and gone to heaven. My very own purple room.. Since then I have dreamed of living in a purple house. Mister R has not buying into that fantasy.
I have always told Mister R. that if I can't live in a purple house then I would have a purple room in our house. I was originally thinking that I would paint the laundry room a bright cheerful purple. Then I came across the beautiful color "Plum Brown" by Sherwin Williams. Decision made.. half bath needed a fresh face lift and purple paint. I really dig the simplicity of the bold color.
I love the after..I truly love the color purple. I even love the song "Purple Rain" and sing it at the top of my lungs
any chance I get. Purple and I go together like chips and cheese dip.
You catch my drift? What do you guys thinks? Would you ever dare to paint a small space a bold jewel tone?
